Privacy policy and data protection

In accordance with Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the Protection of Data of a Personal Nature, (LOPD), the data provided by the user will be incorporated into a computerised file which will be processed exclusively in order to provide the service requested by you and to send you information from EMASESA, EMVISESA, LIPASAM, TUSSAM and Seville City Council. This data will be collected from the relevant forms, which will only contain the fields essential for the provision of the service requested by the user.

Data of a personal nature will be treated with an appropriate level of protection, in accordance with Royal Decree 994/1999 of 11 June, and taking such security measures as are necessary to avoid unauthorised modification, loss, processing or access of such data by third parties who may use it for purposes different than those requested by the user. If it is considered appropriate to release data of a personal nature to other bodies, express permission will be sought from the user prior to any such release, and the user will be informed of the purpose of such release, the data to be released and the name of the address of the person or body to whom it is released.

In order to keep the data provided up to date, user should notify us of any change to the data.

Finally, the user may exercise his or her rights of opposition, access, rectification and cancellation in accordance with the provisions of the Law (LOPD), or simply for the purpose of carrying out consultations or making observations in this regard, by written notification to EMASESA, c/ Escuelas Pías número 1, 41003 Seville.
